hand is feeling better... just sore / bruised. ive been doing some small stuff that ive been putting off. sand blasted the rear control arms, ready for paint. also been messing with the front bumper. since the inter cooler size and charge pipes, i played with the idea of shaving the large fog light holes. I had some plastic that is the same material as the front bumper so i plastic welded it in.. so far it looks pretty good. but yea my manager isn't allowing me to come back to my job tomorrow. my doctor said i would be fine for work.. so yea tomorrow going in to talk to them and see whats up. I didn't even get hurt there and my job isn't dangerous.. pretty much just reset machines when they time out. but i work saturday night but now they decide i cant work. just so freaking aggravated with them...my job is under the same management still, the new company doesnt take over until end of october.... I'm just ready to have my own business again.

Been away for a bit glad to see your hand is healing. Stay safe and remember no glove no love

Car looks great and I love how the gold heat reflector just reflects everything.

Glad to hear you're doing better. I missed the picture update with the cut and stitches. There's some pain I'll never be able to fathom.

I've seen lots of crazy stuff over the years as an EMT, but that one looks like it hurt.
Stay safe and hopefully when you're finally done, you'll be able to give Ben Marcus' car a run for his money.

Compared to those first 2 pics, that's a HUGE improvement. I'm stoked to see this build go on! Keep that thing clean and cheap though. Looks like its healing nicely.

Did you get the bumper done?

Your hand was pretty gruesome man! So glad you were able to maintain feeling in all of your fingers. Not having feeling around the cut is to be expected since you definitely cut some of your nerves.

Heal quickly and keep up the good work. I had a really horrible year and string of really bad luck not long ago but the year that followed was one of the best I've had. I wish you the same.

Wow. Your hand is looking way better and quickly too!
It looks like you're in that final stretch - I hope you do get to turn the key and hear the rumble of the LSx and spool of the PTE goodness.

Yea i was surprised yesterday when I woke up... after i started moving / using it some... My joints in my hand get stiff really fast, from yrs of motocross racing and using my hands soo much. But I started typing and thats helped alot. but mainly just doing what i can with the hand has helped. feeling is coming back, i can feel the random nerve pulses and the area burn / itching, like when you have road rash and it heals up. I'm pretty happy now and just glad its going to heal fast. Also today is the first day that i can bend my pointer finger ( where the injury is). I say by the time i go to the ortho dr. next tuesday, should be healed pretty good.

Yea I'm in the final stretch... need to go talk to chase ( chasebays ) and get my harness for the engine . Kinda love just working on the car so I've never got into a rush on finishing it. But I am ready to hear it.
