Default Swap '03 engine into '05?

I have a good running 2.5 out of a '03 Forester and am thinking of buying an '05 Outback with 'blowed up' 2.5 (both normally aspiratred). Are there any major electrical differences I need to be aware of?

03 forester is MAP based, while the 05 impreza is MAF... Swapping shortblocks will work, otherwise you'll have to swap the harness and the whole engine.
EDIT: sorry, just realized that you want to swap into a Legacy. If the legacy is MAF, you will only be able to swap the shortblock.
