I am having an issue under full throttle from first to second i have a short delay almost like the car is losing pressure, it sort of bucks i guess for a second before boosting back up and through second gear. The car also wants to buck at low speeds when varying the throttle at around 25- 30 mph in low gears.I am currently running the perrin fmic with injectors fuel pump , cobb sf short ram , turbo smart recirculating bpv. the car has been tuned by clark turner also so thats not the problem. I am thinking maybe it is a leak in the FMIC maybe one clamp isnt tight enough, also wondering if anyone runs the turbosmart resirc on their fmic set up problem free. I was going to switch to stock Bpv again to see if thats the issue. the car is a 2011 wrx.

The stock one is a 'BPV' (bypass valve) not BOV (blow off valve) as u mentioned on your post. Fyi

Mine does the same... Nearly identical setup. Bucks a little in first gear at low speeds, a little laggier between gears.

I'm no tuner but that sounds like a timing and/or afr issue. Data log and get ahold of Clark. I'm sure he will make it right.

But first tighten all t-bolt clamps just in case un-metered air is getting in somewhere.

Mine has a hesitation after a 1-2 shift as well. It only happens immediately after a 1-2 shifts, never been an issue going into 3rd/4th/5th/6th.

I don't have the other low-speed bucking issue that you're talking about, but people have been complaining about something similar for years. Some of us have been lucky, some of us not.
