YES, but it's a Yenko. Yenkos are very rare and quite pricey. Think of Yenko as an antiquated, GM version of Mines.

I think a mid to late 60's Jag E Type would do it for me. I wouldn't even be picky between convertible or hardtop but would probably give the ht the nod if I had the choice. I would have to have a CTS-V wagon to move the mt bikes and skis too and a convertible '66-'70 442 for the summer.

So many people want the latest cars. Sad.

Greatest Ferrari ever produced. Period.

I have a craving for the improvements in technology the later cars have, and I'm referring to things like suspension geometry improvements more than computerized controls. Something like an F40 is too raw, too coarse, too muscular for me. I want a finesse car, not a brute.

I also have a thing for rear-engined cars. I love the way they respond to weight transfer. The Exige's rear-weight-bias comes close, but isn't quite the same. Still, a car I didn't mention in my first list that I'd be interested in would be an older 911, modernized and track-prepped. Something like a friend's '75 RSR that's had re-designed, modern suspension, full roll cage, modern brakes, modern fuel system, and a modernized air-cooled flat 6 in the back would appeal. Rear weight balance, ~2100 pound curb weight, ~250hp, lots and lots of tire, and some decent aero... I'd paint it purple (my favorite color) and go tearing around the track. Might need to bump the power up a bit - I'd like it to have better power:weight than a GT3 RS - but there's a 400+hp engine that'll fit in that car, too.

Vesuvio would be a good purple to put on it...

Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking new cars (other than their size and nanny-aids). My point is if you ask this same thing in a year, most people in here would post whatever the newest Ferrari, Pagani, etc. is.

Old RSR... mmm...

Is it strange that I would have my Impreza, same colour, trim etc... but with the manual gearbox? I'm not kidding... I've been swearing at my automatic all week and been driving in semimanual... but honestly I can't get the damn auto gearbox to concentrate on what its supposed to be doing!
