Default BRZ/FRS wheels clear 04 STI brembos?

Has anyone tried putting BRZ/FRS wheels on a 04 STI?

Wondering if itll clear the brembos.

You need a small spacer. I want to say 5mm. Search one of the Brembo install threads in the Brakes/Steering/Suspension forum, the BRZ wheels are essentially the same as the 2011 WRX Wheels IIRC

BRZ wheels are 7" wide. '11 WRX wheels are 8" wide.

Putting a 7"-wide wheel on a street-driven STi is just plain dumb, but that probably won't stop some people...

I was planning on using them for my LGT that has STI brembos for winters. Running 18x8 winter wheel setup now and by end of this season will need new tires so might as well try to downgrade back to 17s.

17's would definitely be an upgrade, not a downgrade :P.
