AL was a lot harder picking, still thinking about the WS champ.

It's what I'd like to see anyway.

edit: What I'd like to see that is remotely feasible. You'll notice I don't have the Cubs making a deep run.

I think the Angels will resign Greinke and Hunter. Beyond that I'm not sure what they will do for bullpen help.

I'm pretty sure Haren will be bought out...probably won't be back. Santana will be bought out and he won't be back unless it's at a steep discount.

Mike sciocia loves santana. I see him or haren hitting the bullpen. Grienke hunter re-sign. ichiro signs with a contender or he retires

Not at their current salaries for next year. That's why I kinda doubt either will be back.

Yanks will resign Kuroda and Ichiro. Wish they wouldn't exercise the option on Granderson.

Pretty crappy list.

I don't see the Red Sox making any large moves, I see them taking a smaller pay-roll approach the next 2-3 years. Building a team that actually knows how to play baseball would be nice to see again...

they have the hitting, to a certain degree, but they ened some pitching. I don;t think they go heavy on Mr. anxiety attack grienke, and scutaro is a great second basemen, but not shortstop, and the redsox already have a great second basemen. I would like michael bourn for a speedy OF that steals bases like a crazy person, also, coming offa huge year IIRC

Bourn could be a good addition to any team. He does seem to be streaky though. I don't see the Yankees signing Swisher, maybe they go for Bourn.

I win. Santana traded to the Royals for a minor league reliever.

And a 27 year old minor at that, might as well been a bucket of balls.

Probably, or why not just send Santana to the bullpen?

He's not worth $12mil/year in the bullpen. I believe that's the approximate value of the team option for 2013.
