Default Help Please!

So the Subaru decided to be a Subaru today and trip the **** out. The boost will not drop below 0psi. usually when I step on the gas and let off it will drop to about -8 or so. then when I'm back on the gas it should raise again. Well on the AP it says I peak at 8psi. its stage 2 tunned off an AP, N1 race CBE, Invidia v3 DP, Cobb SF intake. What the hell is going on? Any help much appreciated. I'm uploading a video right now, so I'll get a link up as soon as that's done. Thanks guys.

Vacuum leak on your boost/vacuum source for the boost gauge. Trace it and check the connections as well as condition of the lines.
