Exclamation Where to get ej253 sohc thermostat housing that has the oil cooler line nipple? Help?

I have searched on a lot of forums, a lot of parts site, ebay, and local parts stores. I can't seem to find the thermostat housing/water outlet/lower radiator hose connection to block that has the nipple for the OEM oil cooler. Anyone know where I can get it, or at least the part number for it, because even looking at parts by year, pictures are mostly stock photos and all just look like the non-oil cooler housing.

This was an option I believe when getting the tow package on a 98+ forester. I'm not sure if other models had it. I have an '00 impreza 2.5rs that I swapped a 253 of unknown year and origin into (in place of my 251, swapped my intake on since 253 was MAF and I have MAP), and need that housing to finish my swap. I think the 253 I have is a forester motor but the engine VIN is illegdable. HELP, I have been looking for this for 2 days already. is the dealer my only option? I'd prefer some sort of online store.

That picture originated on scoobymods. The thread it's in has the part numbers.
