Default '02 WRX LGT Swap issues

Bought a lightly modded '02 WRX and killed the center diff in a month of two. Searched and found an '06 LGT Spec B trans for about a grand. Bought it. We swapped everything and then realized the flywheel was different. (totally my fault) The clutch the guys at PMP sent me is almost 9.5" across, so I am guessing 240mm. Will any 240mm flywheel fit the clutch? or do I need to find the spec B dual mass from the appropriate year? Money is and issue, so "just use a clutch and flywheel from an 'o4 STI" doesn't work. I have a clutch and flywheel from an 02 legacy on it right now (to fix the push/pull issue, but it slips under power) Another issue is the speed sensor. I feel like some of you have tackled this in the rear of the transmission. I see that I will have to take mine out of the '02 tranny and drop it into the '06. My question is how? and perhaps I have missed a post that already exists that explains the speed sensor quandary.

and was I right to think : Trans determines clutch, clutch determines flywheel? and isn't 240mm too big for an 06 LGT? I thought they were 230mm 24T...

240mm sti flywheels are pull-type till '08, so they are different. 240mm is correct for the 05+LGT's. Watch out for slave cylinders during the swap, as some may not allow for the clutch to fully engage and may lead to slippage under power and premature wear. Nothing on the speed sensor yet

Thanks for all the help folks! Used a clutch from an '06 WRX and the original flywheel to solve my problem of push/pull conversion. Ebay used clutch $100 and had it rebuilt locally for $150.
