I found that the Aeromotive 340lph does really well once you hard wire it. Without hard wiring, I usually see it max out around 400-420whp on our dyno. With the hardwired kit it seemed to still have plenty of juice at this point.

We just use 10 gauge wire, a breaker, and a relay triggered by the stock pump signal.

So 26* of timing is conservative? I been runing 21.5*, 27psi, at 7500rpm on E85 with my FP black making 490whp VD dynojet and I was thinking about running more timing. I just don't want to have to rebuilt my engine again any time soon lol

It all depends on the engine and setup. This engine is fully built and it actually took more timing than that with no problem but I backed it off a couple degrees. As long as there is no knock on many back to back pulls and as long as the additional timing keeps making power, there's nothing wrong with running it. I also tend to use EGT quite a bit when tuning timing on E85. If adding timing makes more power and lowers EGT's, you're still approaching MBT.

So far we've just been putting these together for in house projects. I think Aeromotive offers a similar kit as well.

I know deatschwerks does. Their kit sounds like it's the same. I all ready have the dw300 and was debating running either that pump hard wired or double dw200. I just don't want to do it twice. My build is very close to yours except I have gsc stage 1 cams and +1 valves. I am hoping for similar numbers as you.
