Default Surging 2.5rs Mechanics Look Here

So I have been pulling hair out trying to figure out what is going on. My clutch went, and the motor started surging. It's a manual transmission and every time I let off the gas a little to stay at a constant speed, it surges and engine brakes. It isn't throwing any codes as of now, it was throwing a p1507 code, but since then I have replaced the front o2 sensor, and replaced the idle air control valve. If you have ANY insight on to what my problem is, please help me!

Did you reset the ECU after installing these parts?

Well, give us more info. Any other recent maintenance done? Does it happen cold/warm? You say the clutch "went", did this problem present itself after clutch replacement? Have you checked/cleaned all electrical connections?

Neutral safety switch?

PCV valve?

I had that code pop up 2 separate times, a while ago, and I never did anything to specifically fix it.

I did, around the same time, replace the PVC valve, and haven't seen it since. Although I think the PCV valve is unrelated.

I'd look into the neutral safety switch, since you've already done the idle air control valve.
