Default Just Another Bugeye

I originally started a thread of just pictures of my car. I have decided to start another thread showing from the day I picked it up to now, and some pictures in between just for fun. Not a lot has changed but I am very happy with the direction I am taking it. I currently am a broke college student so not a lot is planned. Just rolling with the punches.
I picked her up for $5,500 with the transmission junked. 3rd gear was gone. Took it home, took it to a shop and got it fixed.
On it's way home..

Home..
Tranny getting fixed..

After I went through 4 stock transmissions i decided they were not going to hold up. Dad and I did some research and ended up buying an Andrewtech built transmission which match the miles on the v7 motor with 30k on it. With that out we decided on a ACT clutch and flywheel also. Then there was the period of time where not a lot happened at all. The only new item that came after that where the BFG's.
How it sat for a while with a buddies NSX

After it sat like that for a good 6 months, I came across a part I could not let slip. Bought it from a local member, it was a v2 STi limited wing riser. I debated on painting it to match but dad and I slapped it on the other day and I really like it black for now. So I put a coat of Meguiars Quik Wax on and called it good.

Also, i forgot. One of my favorite items too, my Wilwood 4pot brakes!

Hate and Love are both welcome!

Car looks good! Only thing I don't like is the blue light inside the hood scoop. Also good decision keeping the risers black.

Thanks! I would lower it but being my DD and I live on a farm and I don't want to be too low where I can't get somewhere I gotta get to.

Thank you! It's actually white and it's a crappy cell phone picture. I will try and get a better picture to see if I can change your mind Also, for now I am glad I kept it black too, it flows nicely with my wheels I think.

Thanks man! Means a lot to know people like it, especially since it is absolutely nothing special.

You don't see Boosts too often. They look amazing as do the Wilwoods! I almost bought the 6 pot kit. After the ordeal I've had with my Brembo's to do it over I'd get the kit.

Thanks for the compliments! My boosts have seen some curb rash from the previous owner. They will get touched up this winter when they come off and the winter wheels go on though. I am very impressed with the stoping power of the Wilwoods! Just a few more fun pictures.

The blitz turbo timer. This thing can do more than I know it can record lap time, 0-60, boost gauge, peak boost, and I'm sure more..

A super small update but it's the little things that are important. Went to Wal-Mart and picked up these bad boys..

And then after that, it got a wash and then went for a drive..

A little blurry but I like it..

The what appeared to be 8 or 10 point buck was off to the left in the fence row and the camera wouldn't pick him up Beautiful sight though.

Thanks! I am very impressed with the stopping power. Dad had Wilwoods on his Chevelle and mini-rod he had in high-school and said they have only gotten better since. No plans to get tails. Purchased the car with 04/05 tails and a messed up bumper so I purchased a 02/03 bumper went back to 02/03 LED tails.

Just a few more pictures..
