more low? old 255/35/18 to new 225/40/18
so i was rocking 18x9.5 et34 varrstoens on 255/35's, not much stretch...my fenders were on the tread but i liked the look...wanting to go 225/40 next but dont want to lower the car more as i already scrape alot here in VA...roads suck
...any of yall done this? will i need to lower it more with the stretch of the 225/40? or would i just get a lower offset for the 225/40's to look good?

hahahaha.
this is a pretty stupid question. and i'll tell you why. the circumference of a 255/35 and 225/40 is .05". Thats right. 1/20th of an inch. and chances are you will need spacers or something to make a 225/40 look good if you currently have some meat on the wheels. why would you want to do this anyways?? |
