Default Let's play the is it fixable game.

Basically got handed a 2.5rs wagon. Only problem is the engine has a window. :O Not sure if the hole is in the block itself or a easily remove able part. What do you guys think?

Engine is trash. Metal probably went through the pump, heads, etc.

These are my plans. But I'm getting conflicting info on which engine would be easier. The 205 or 207. Also which version of the engine I need. I think its a version 7? Or will other versions work better?

Also will the 2.0 bolt up to the auto in the 2.5. I would love a 5spd but was injured on tour and cannot get to the clutch as I should.

I believe the auto tranny will bolt up. It will also be stronger then the 5 speed.
