Obd2 scanner program

Is there any scanner program I can put on my laptop to read/clear codes using my tactrix cable? I was reading through old threads saying no but didn't know if anyone had come up with anything yet

Yes,and it has been around for a couple of years. Learning View utility on Romraider.
