Serious engine help/question

I have a 2004 Imp TS - bought with broken t-belt...looks like valve damage, ugh. Anyway my options are:
Pull motor, rebuild heads, reinstall
Pull motor, buy used replacement, etc...
Pull motor, swap heads, etc.
Someone near me is selling a 2006 EJ253 from a 06 Imp...says bottom end is bad, spun bearing or something. I wondered if it is possible to use those heads on my 2004...any help and/or advice would be great. Thanks!

Providing it's just the valves that are damaged, go with option 1(Pull motor, rebuild heads, reinstall). It's going to be the cheapest option for you and also minimal downtime.
