Default Major need of exhaust help

I have a 1999 Subaru legacy outback with a 2.5 non turbo. I have been looking high a low for a 2.5 exhaust i am thinking borla headers and a high flow cat my goal is to go 2.5 all the way back for under a grand don't know if this is even possible. If any one can recommend company that would sell parts that fit or even better exact part or best of all a complete header back system that would be awesome. Any help at all would be great thanks.

you can always find a local exhaust shop to custom make any exhaust you want. You buy whatever mufflers and tips you want and they'll provide the piping and the welding. Just ask around your local area for a good exhaust shop that can custom make exhaust. Might be your best option and you could do it for less than $500 really.

Got my tsudo catback on my 2.5 for $300 shipped. Add any type of headers onto that and you got yourself header back for < $1000

Well to go castles would be useless for you. It's stinky and raspy. Headers and catback would improve the sound tremendously and give you a tad bit of hp.

I like my tsudo n1 cat back it's fairly loud but not overpowering. I got it for $300 shipped. And then you could get like borla replica headers for the sound or whatever you like. I have read on forums that the replicas are sometimes just as good if not better. And they are also half the price. You can pick up an eBay header for less than $200 shipped. That's about $500 to make your n/a 2.5 sound a lot louder
