Question What is the dumbest or most ridiculous thing someone has said about your car?

Ok so I am not sure if this has been discussed but lets start anyways. What are some stories you guys have? Has anyone ever come up to you or said anything to you stupid about your car which makes you say "What the *&%$ ?!?!!?." Has there been a moron or idiot who came up to you and you just want to smack them for asking such a stupid question?

I dont have good stories but I am sure some of you do. I had someone ask me why I had a hole in my hood.....

A couple of years ago at a gathering, I was informed that my turbo was going to burn up unless I let my car warm up for 2-3 minutes before I drove it because when the engine is cold the turbo is completely devoid of oil. Opinions about letting one's STI warm up aside, this struck me as bizarre as I pondered the fact that the vast majority of turbo Subarus in existence would have lost their turbos after just a few months of ownership if this guy was correct.

He prefaced his comment with the statement that he had opted to buy a used MCS over a used Forester because he only had a 2-minute ride every day to work and that it would have been foolish to have to wait for 2-3 minutes for the oil to reach the turbo when he could have already been to work in the MCS.
