Default cylinder order?

Does anyone know what the order of the cylinders is? (I.e. cyl 1 front left, etc)

Or at least have a link to a diagram?

Thanks, I've tried to find it but haven't had any luck.

And I take it cylinders 3-4 are the hottest?

I'm looking into a set of witchhunter injectors and want to designate the higher flowing ones to the hottest cylinders.
