I took the rex to the dealer because it seemed that the turbo was rattling but they said that it was a belt tensioner which they replaced but the car still has that rattle at about 2.5k to 3k rpm ?

what could it be ?

i have a pe1820 turbo would it be safe to run it on stock boost i have no injectors or chip

Milton,
thought you were on vacation or something! Where you been bro?? Your turbo was rattling? Could be a rollerbearing?
Are you sure your not hearing the deceleration noise that everybody has been getting(including me), believed to be caused by the stock clutch. I get it between 2-3.5k like you described.
Paul
p.s. what dealer did you go to? Rushneck?

My dealer would not care either and I don't think it's that unusual. I'm pretty sure they would even install it for your.
