275/35 Tire Question
So I emailed Luke and he never responded so I shall post here.
I have 18x9.5 +38 RPF1s on my 11wrx and I want to buy some new GOOD tires that I can use year round. I know very little about tires but i know i want to run a 275/35 for fitment (i like the look). I was leaning towards continental dws but someone said it was stupid to buy all season tires that large. truth is i dont know enough to make a smart purchase. I wanted all season tires because they last longer than summer tires and I live in california, where it is dry summers, rainy winters, and a few tahoe trips to the snow during the winter. What do you recommend.

it was me. and i'll say it again.
275 all seasons are a ****ing WASTE of TIME and MONEY. they will handle like GARBAGE in the snow. there ARE summer tires that handle rain JUST FINE. keep your stockers for winter tires. forget tread wear. youre life will be enhanced immeasureably. these are all things you should've thought about before you bought the wheels. |
