Default Stock Valve Spring Pressures

I'm looking for specs on seat pressure, stock valves, D25 head, 06 WRX. I'd also like to know what deviations from the specs people are running. My build is mild compared to many and will only see 7500 RPMs with stock cams. Seat pressures are coming in at 40-42 lbs - and that's with shims...

Thanks.

FSM says 46-53 lbs @ 1.417". Based solely on that, my 45K mile springs are weak. What I'm still curious to know is what are others finding? Is it common for fairly *new* springs to be this far off spec? The engine ran fine with these and the only reason it's even being discussed is I'm having a valve job done as part of my current build.

Any input from the experienced?
