SoCal : Newbie with an 04 WRX
Well I have been a long time lurker - Yes I did joined this site back in 2005 and I am finally getting around to introducing myself.
I bought my 04 WRX around 2 years ago bone stock from a local seller. I was originally in the market for a STI but ended up going with the WRX because of availability and price. I had the car checked out by YimiSport to make sure everything was good and I have been driving it ever since. It wasn't until about a year ago I started modding my car. I made the mistake of doing my first track day earlier this year and well you guys know how the rest goes.
This is how she sits as of today.

Exterior color is the infamous Java Black Pearl which looks amazing but is a pain to keep clean. I also have these two white strips on my front bumper splitters - Anybody know whats up with them? It looks like some sort of rubber stripping but I am not sure. I was thinking about buying some new splitters cause they really bother me!
Anyways I can't wait to get back out to the track and see how the new tires and brakes do. I need to re-grease my bushings and get a new alignment before I go so maybe next year!
And here are some pictures from the track
