Default What size DOM 3 XT-R???

I am wanting to purchase a Dom 3 xt-r but am coming across mixed reviews on the sizes. Should I get the 2.4 or the 3 inch intake.... should I get the 8cm or 10cm hot side?

Goal:
Want 450whp with e85, want a very streetable car that will be fun and and drive like stock when being nice to yet something i can take to the track or auto-x on occasion.

You live 6 inches from www.turninconcepts.com so I HIGHLY recommend you choose Start-->Shutdown on your computer and drive over there and talk to them about this in person. They will tell you all the ins and outs of this decision and can get you that turbo at a good price. I have to drive 4 hours one way to talk to anyone who knows their ass from a hole in the ground about turbos....you have to drive 4 minutes. Do your part and do it right....talk to professionals.

I know, I plan on it. I just haven't had a chance to run up there. Been busy with work. They are good guys. Was just see if anyone with either turbo would chime in or not!

Once I get a chance I'll be up there.

I decided on a a 2.4" inlet 10cm2 3.0XT-R. Ended up at 451 AWHP (Mustang) on E85. The 2.4" inlet doesn't seem to hurt power production & it's still plenty responsive with the 10cm2 turbine housing. Very happy with this turbo for my DD.

As far as lag and streetability compared to stock turbo how do you like it?

It's not annoying around town at all. Kinda hard to quantify. I know I wouldn't want anything bigger/laggier for a DD but I also wouldn't want a slower car than what I have now either. I think it's a great blend of power/responsiveness.
