Default Getting a P0139 on 08 WRX

I am just trying to confirm if my rear O2 is starting to go out. This is happening about once a week now. I am getting a P0139 error.

Been told the 08+ are different then the older WRX's so this is not a fix for me.

I replaced the rear 02 about 2 years ago after a wire got damaged. I have not started to get this error till about a month ago. I am thinking maybe this 02 is starting to go bad. They are not cheap. So I want to make sure it is the issue. I am running with a catless downpipe. How can I confirm this is the 02?

The issue only happens when I let off the gas to come to a stop. It happens at random times. My Wideband does not shoe any issues with my A/F mix and my boost stays nice and steady so I do no think I have a leak.

Thanks for your help.
