Just want to make sure: is the WeatherTech part number 44439-1-2? If so, maybe I'll call in the order to Lordco next week, when I also put in my order for the Fumoto valve.

I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm the WeatherTech part number for me. Thanks.
Just go to the weather tech website, that's what I did, then I ordered off Amazon

For the record (and more importantly, for those in Vancouver, BC): I called Lordco yesterday, and they didn't have any of the floor liners on stock or in their warehouse. They would need to be special ordered, with estimated arrival time in about 2-3 weeks.

If I were on the ball, I would've put in my order last Monday when I was there in person - then I might have it before the new year. It never crossed my mind at the time, though. Silly me.

I just got my fronts from Amazon, no real wait (2012 for 2012), but this was the USA store, don't know about the Canadian one.

I can't agree more. You really see how much snow and ice you track into the car, especially when you make several stops and track it in at each stop, and it's all trapped by the liner.

another note, you guys ever realize that cars before had rubber floors and we would pay to upgrade to carpet, now we get carpet and we're buying rubber floor liners?

Correct.

John

edit: The part number noted is for both front and rear mats, just to be clear.

Thanks, John - I ended up confusing the fellow at Lordco, for the same reason that you pointed out (that it's for the set; they sell by front/back separately ).

http://www.weathertech.com/subaru/20...excluding-wrx/

44439-1-2 Both $169.00
444391 Front $99.95
444392 Rear $69.95

Prices above do not include shipping.
The set delivered to my door was like 189 bucks IIRC.
Also note these are 2012/2013 Impreza NON WRX. Find out what Lordco wants for either set and work from there. They may include a mark up to account for shipping and you wouldn't save anything anyway.

I'm using the OEM All-Weathers and may make the switch at some point to Weathertech.

Question - Anyone get the Weathertech Cargo Liner? Been throwing stuff in my hatch quite a bit and probably should invest in protection. WT appears durable but just wanting to see if anyone had fit issues on their 12-13. Thanks!

I have the Subaru one, the material seems very similar to the material for my weather tech mats

I have the weathertech floor liners in my 2012 sport ltd. The fit and finish is excellent, they cover alot more then the factory all weather mats. As for the cargo liner, im going to go with the factory subaru liner with the matching rear seat protector. Its a decent piece for the price.

John
Almost forgot about this thread.

I finally put in my order this past week with Lordco. They're suggesting it'll probably be early Feb before they arrive (which is ok with me, I'll be busy between now and then anyways). The cost came to just short of $240 CAD (taxes included). They basically tacked on about $20-25 in shipping per part number.

Oddly enough, though - I had the choice between black and grey, and while my preference would've been grey (to match the internal colour scheme), the black ones cost me slightly less (like $50 total difference). Needless to say, I went for the black ones.

...by the time I get them, winter in Vancouver should be over, and for the following 9 months until the next winter season hits, it'll be all about collecting rainwater.

Indeed. Check out the pictures from Post #13 in this thread. The point flyboy1100 is making should be apparent in comparison to the photos in the ebay link you provided.

I agree, I got the all weather mats with my car and the Weathertech's are a lot better in the winter. They're wicked dirty now with salt, but definitely keeps it off the floor carpeting.

Finally got around to installing my Weathertechs (biggest issue was finding the time to give the floor a proper vacuuming due to the crappy coverage of the stock floor mats).

Only problem I had with the liners was threading the hole with the driver's side anchors. Part of it was working in poor lighting, but part of it was difficulty in lining it up properly for the first time. Once it was lined up properly, though - fini, job done.

First impressions: they cover very nicely all the spots of carpetting on the floor that one might expect to put their footwear on. It doesn't cover the dead pedal completely, so that could pose a problem with enough snow trapped in the soles of the left boot (shoe).

There's also seemingly less friction compared to the stock floor mats. I have yet to try it when my shoes are wet, so I can't comment on how my footwear will act under such conditions.

I'm curious to see how much off-gassing the liners will do. If it doesn't pass the fiancée's "sensitive odour detection" test, then I may need to remove them and put the stock mats back in... However, it seems like there isn't much off-gassing happening, because they've been in my trunk for the last week or so, and don't seem to have off-gassed at all.

No odor from mine.

My carpet is still wet though under the liners due to lack of full dead pedal coverage, I need to fix that at some point

Good to know (re: odour).

Thanks for confirming my suspicion (re: dead pedal). It's not often that Vancouver will get a lot of snow, so I'm not overly worried about tracking snow into the dead pedal opening - however, it does rain a little here (only a little ), and that could pose a problem.

Is there an actual pic anywhere, or could you snap one? Is the dead pedal area covered better?

The pic on their web site looks like the coverage is about the same. I'm not sure if it is an actual for the Impreza or just a photo.
