Solved! I was having the leak at wot at around 3500 rpm in third--sounds like a belt squeal/chirp for a second or two--bunch of folks have posted about this. Anyway, many suggested that the worm clamps especially at the TB are not up to the task. Replaced all worm clamps with fastenal t-bolt clamps and leak squeak is gone. Both a smoke and a pressure test confirmed what my ears already knew-- leak fixed.

What is the method of sealing on the TB to IC hose? Clamped only? Clamos with adhesive? My dealer said from the factory they do something weird with adhesives to make my 12 leak...

I had my mechanic use tbolts and silicon hose lube. Did the trick for my stage 2 at 16-17 psi

Prior to tbolts, I had the PW tmic worm clamp pop off the turbo outlet flange 3 times at 18psi and at least once at the TB. I think tbolts are the way to go and should really ship with the PW. They are cheap to buy from Fastenal, regardless

Definitely replace the cheap clamps that came with the PW with quality Tbolts.
