Question Does the JDM EJ25 use a different head gasket?

Now I have read countless threads on how doing this swap is not the best way to go. Most people say that it ends up being more costly. My question is. Does anyone know if jdm phase 1 ej25 engines use different/better head gaskets than their american counterparts. And if you have done this swap without replacing your HG did you run into any HEAD GASKET related problems.

Also if you are in the northern snohomish county area and you are able to do a quality head gasket replacement job shoot me a pm.

Upon further search and investigation it appears that the jdm engine probably has the same head gasket. Correct me if I am wrong. But it looks like I am just going to go for the repair route.
