08+ STI Invidia N1 exhaust help!

Hey everyone!! I am interested in getting a Invidia N1 full race catback for my 08 Sti! i was wondering if anyone has this set up on their 08+ hatch with stock headers. Looking for someone that is in the Lake County area or Naperville area or anything in between these two places. I want to hear how it sounds in person and go for a little cruise so i can hear in cabin and stuff? this would be a huge help to me seeing as i dont want to buy something that is FAR to loud and raspy for me! please feel free to text me 847-987-491eight if you have this set up. Maybe we can set up a place to meet by you or something! let me know ASAP as im looking to buy soon.

I have one on my 05 Sti with a catless downpipe and it is LOUD. Drones at highway speeds, but I love it. On how loud it is if you've ever been to road America, at my last track day my buddies were up by the Orion tech center on the front straight in our garage and they could hear me coming out of turn 3 and down the straight into turn 5 amongst other cars.

If you are even slightly worried about an exhaust being too "loud and raspy", then the Invidia is not for you.

It is loud.

I'm on ELH but if you still want to hear it, swing by Six Star sometime.

I have it on y 08 sti and its very loud almost too loud I put the clutch in every time I pass a cop

If you are anything like me and concerned with quality of sound I can HIGHLY recommend the COBB exhaust. It is not annoying or too loud and is acceptable in every way to me. I have owned race cars as well as heard MANY different exhausts over the years on WRX and STi models and 90% of them to me were too loud and annoying.

I am down in Lake County quite often and on Thursday night's for the Lake County meets and would be more than happy to let you hear the COBB on my 08... I know it's not the Invidia but I think the people chiming in with how loud the Invidia is offers some insight that you might want to consider something quieter.
