Default Need help: 98 OBS manual trans swap into 97 OBS (auto). Wiring diagrams included.

Sorry for the long title.

I have a 97 outback sport 2.2 n/a with an auto transmission. I have everything needed for the manual swap from a 98 outback sport 2.2 n/a. The only issues I'm having are with the wiring. My major source material is of course the ever informative nasioc conversion forums and www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/swap/electrical.html. I have removed everything that the above website says is no longer needed but of course the electrical diagrams for that year swap will not work for me. I had a local Subaru tech print off a lot of wiring/relay diagrams. I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable on the electrical subject can explain exactly what to do referencing my tech's printouts and supplied pictures.

My little family. At least the running ones.

I guess I could post each individual picture if the hassle of following a link to the whole album is too much.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I understand it's a difficult subject that has been covered for numerous swaps. I simply need a definitive answer as to what I need to do for my specific circumstances.
