Default Bad gas?

I tried searching but didn't really find anything close to what I'm seeing. So lately when I pump my gas and go to start my car the idle dips to 0 and then comes back up to normal. This only happens during the first start up after pumping gas. I only use Sunoco and have experienced this twice now at two different stations. This only happens the first time. Anyone else have this happen?

Car is a stage 2 04 sti

If it only happens the first time, I doubt it's the gas.

If you only use sonoco, I highly doubt it's the gas.

Something else is the culprit.

I would think it is a tune issue. The idle could be set too lo.

It's not a fuel issue at all, in fact, it has nothing to do with you pumping gas. It does have something to do with starting the engine warm (it might be the only time you're starting the engine completely warm actually.)

Simply go to try this: next time you turn your car off, wait a few seconds or a minute, then turn it on again. You should experience the same thing you're questioning. I believe it might have something to do with the Cobb Stage 2 tunes.

Question answered? lol I thought it was my gas or something wrong too, but it appears normal.
