Default Low Speed Vibration

I have a truly horrible resonance through the head liner and dash of my car from 15-20mph. There is NO! vibration through the steering wheel and it becomes more pronounced when I'm gently breaking at that speed.

Thoughts?

Wheel bearing?
Hub Assembly?

p.s. I do have 6-pot Wilwood brakes up front. They also have a very low speed "clunk" when I apply the brake gently.

Thoughts? anyone.. thanks!

It was the 18" BF Goodrich, KDW tires! ... I took them off for the "winter" setup yesterday, the vibration is gone! Looks like I need new tires for next season.
