How much would y'all be willing to throw down for a deposit to reserve your part? Seems like more people want carbon fiber than I thought. Would you guys rather me make the carbon fiber first or the fiberglass ones?

I'd want to see a fiberglass version. I'd definitely buy one if it looked similar to the mock up

it will look nearly identical to the mock up with a few minor changes. i plan on making the positive for the plug staurday. hopefuuly have a single fiberglass unit to mount on my car as proof of what it will look like and prove to people its getting built, as im sure there are a few doubts of how the end result will turn out, stay tuned!

I would be willing to put a deposit down for a cf one assuming the final product looks good.

Haha I wish, Friday I'm going to order some material to make one fiberglass unit and one carbon fiber unit to show the quality as a few people are leary of how the quality will be.

ok guys time for an update. First off, how do you guys feel about me leaving up the mounting up to you guys? i was under the car on a lift looking and it would keep cost from rising and make it a butload shorter that it would take to make the entire part. i fell it is the best option as it keeps cost down and some people may not like the way i would mount it. i may show how i mount mine and you guys can go off that kinda as a example. i Just feel it would take forver to come up with a jig to make the same bracket multiple times and never have fitment issues. Anyways, stayed after work again and got a bit more work done, slowly but surely im chipping away at it each day and its getting cloer to being ready. Some of these pictures are with the mtal fresh from being cut with the plasma cutter, so dont worry if the edges look wavy or uneven it will get grinded and straightened before the mold is made.

I'm in. Really regret going frp on my side skirts . put me down for carbon so in don't have to buy twice. When I see your mounting methods I'll guess if I can do the same
