Nice! Thanks. Super helpful. Will call around before I drive from Hood River.
Interested to see how GC 0w30 compares with Rotella T6 5w40 in the winter. I have a 2011 Stage 2 wrx that is an uber short tripper (less than 3 miles 3 to 4 times per day with an occasional highway run to PDX, or Mt Hood etc). I would like the lower cold viscosity of the 0w for cold starts and short trips. I also need an oil that can deal with short trip fuel dilution, and the VERY dusty roads in Hood River and highway 35. Found GC on Amazon too, so I will compare prices. |

Found it by calling autozones in PDX-- not shown on line. It's cheaper on Amazon with free super saver shipping when not on sale
Thanks, Eric |

I think t6 is great and it's what I use. But, I do think a slightly lower viscosity is good for cold starts in cold weather. Honestly, don't think any of this matters much but I enjoy pretending that it does.

GC is the best oil you can get for you car, the Blackstone labs has proven this multiple times. Its expensive but worth it. It doesn't shear like other oils under high operating temps.

I agree. The uoa's really support the use of GC. The 0w down from 5w is a real bonus for me for cold, short trips. Gonna do a change out with it in about a month. Found a supply via your suggestion. Thanks much for that Eric |

^ No Problem man, sometimes they have it on sale for 32 bucks for 5 quarts. I don't understand all the hype about T6, I tried it and I wasn't impressed other than 26.99 price tag.
