I wouldn't recommend that. If you read the MSDS for CO, it is clearly more hazardous, in lower concentrations, than R134a.

I'm stuck with this moral dilemma of guiding the OP with removing the core and calling him a dumbarse for removing the dash without any thought.

I was going to remove it but it was a nightmare I take it as a lesson everything I do and use that for further knowledge at least I tried which most people would never buy I fixed my problem. No heater in Florida ill live. No need for it

Because race car.

A project I had a few years ago the dash came out so many times I purposely only had 4 bolts holding it in place.

Dashboards suck mainly because of the bulk.

Reads this thread laughing because I took out the AC Condenser on my car, sprayed **** everywhere and didn't think anything of it.

Now I know it's dangerous. Live n learn.

I read the MSDS and didn't see anything too terrible, but I'll take some peoples word on it.
