Hello all,
Quick question for everyone if you don't mind. My friend has a 1994 2.2 NA Legacy, and on cold mornings/nights it wont start, it just cranks, however if you play with the gas pedal, it may or may not start. It had been doing this for a while so I put a new fuel pump in there, just to be sure. Ive done a little research and found that it could be the coil packs being corroded, or maybe even the coolant temp sensor. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. Many thanks! Matt

check the ground on the fuel sender first, make a new one if need be I have done this to every older legacy I ever owned.
then if its good check the throttle position sensor and coolant temp sensor. |
