Default Interchangeable parts on STi years

I have searched and cant find anything on this.....

I know that theses years parts are interchangeable and even some older years can flow into the newer models

04-05

06-07

08-10

11-current

I am trying to trade my CF hood for a OEM one. I have a 2008 STi, what years can i trade hoods with? (i know not anything 07 lower)

Can i trade with 2011+ STi models?

Will a impreza 2.5 hood (no hood scoop) fit? and what years?

also will 08-10 WRX hood fit? (cause widebody vs non-widebody)

Thanks for any info people can supply!

Any 2008-2011 Impreza 2.5i hood will fit. Any 2008-2013 WRX or STI hood will fit.

08+ Wrx and STi use the same hood. You can also bolt on a 08+ 2.5i hood, definitely not recommended if you're using the TMIC still

i have FMIC, im not that much of a dummy lol... just checking to make sure that the hoods were interchangeable over that many years, didnt know if there was maybe a small subtle change that would make them not fit.

Someone has offered a 11 STi hood, but its Satin White pearl.

how goofy would that look on a Aspen white car?

would it be that noticeable?

Aspen white looks like snow in comparison to SWP. You would have to get the hood painted to match the rest of the car.

of course it would be noticeable. And why do you want to change STI hoods since they're the same?
