Default Anybody in DE free tomorrow with axle repair experience?

My ****ing car pissed its oil out from the passenger side axle. I guess I'm going to try to snag a new seal from Subaru tomorrow. If anybody is local that could help, I'd really appreciate it. I'm in over my head and I have NO idea how this happened

I'm leaving lewes now unfortunately, but its a pretty easy job with hand tools

the jist is;

Looks like the oil seal on the end of the axle either went or the axle moved out (weird).

-Take off wheel
-remove lower castle nut on lower control arm
-stand on control arm and pop hub loose
- remove axle locknut, tap axle out of hub with dead blow hammer, while pulling hub out and towards rear of wheel well.
-the oil seal will be either there and broken or totally missing, in which case the groove where it should go on the trans side of the axle will be apparent.
-reverse order to re-assembly making sure the seal 'snaps' into the trans when re-inserting, and check trans fluid level after all said and done

Thanks man, I'll give it a try. I think my axle came out a bit while swapping my coils on.

That's not from the axle, it's from the transmission. So refill the tranny fluid after you "fix" it.

Right, it's from where the axle meets the transmission.

I was turning around in my driveway. I moved a total of 50 feet, at most.
