Default Turbo help

Hello members. I was told that the evo 3/eclispe big 16g turbos are direct bolt on to my 02 wrx is this true or some modification has to be done. I found a great deal on one and before I pull the trigger I want to make sure it's going to work. Because after looking on the back housing of them I can see the bolt pattern is different.

Thanks in advance

One straight off of a 4g63 will not be a direct bolt on. They have a different exhaust patterns on both sides of the manifold along with having bolt holes for the J-pipe on the compressor housing.

There are companies that make bolt on ones such as blouch that will fit the bill nicely.
