Question STi lateral links is the best next mod for this setup?

I have the STi/SPT springs and strut combo and STi top mounts.
I added a rear sway bar and kartboy links. Very nice impovement

What is the best next step for me?
Is it the rear STi lateral arms ?
I was just looking at the set for sale at Gruppe-S
and they were pink and about 475. 00 . If I remember correctly.

Thanks Guys

The STi lateral links would be a good upgrade addition to your setup, however, note that it would render your $100 Kartboy endlinks obsolete and unuseable - maybe a consideration for you (but that's what the 'for sale' forum is for .) I think the STi endlink setup would be superior.

The STi trailing arms would be another addition to consider (around $250)

Default hmmm

Okay,
then id purchase the lateral link set and trailing arm set for
475.00 + 250.00 = 725.00. Wow then sell my three month old Kartboy links for near what I paid. I will have to think on this decision. Id sure like to ride in someone's car that had this. Maybe someone at the meet will have this..

Thanks

you probably won't be able to feel any difference in just riding in the car. you'll have to be in control to feel the difference.

Did you have these lateral arms and trailing links added to yours? I know its kinda hard to articulate the difference as from before and after suspension mods other than simple words such as "better," "improved," or "worth it,"

The other components Struts/springs top mounts and endlinks all made a great difference. I wonder how many folk have do these lateral arms and trailing links?

thanks

Do a search for my screen name, and "STi lateral links." A bunch of stuff should come up. I have them, and they easily make a strut/spring-sized difference in the car's handling. Note, that people will scoff and say that the STi bushings, pressed into the stock links will be "just as good." This is incorrect. The STi bushings are a harder durometer. The STi pink lateral/trailing stuff has pillow ball bushings at every point. It's pretty slick kit.

no I don't have them, but it's a soon to do mod...

I can feel the rear end squirming around under hard changes in direction.

I'm just saying that something that is just feeling that is related to response of the car to inputs by the driver, it's very diffecult if not impossible for the passenger to feel the difference.

why do you want them?

Default Thanks for the replies

ellisnc---you basically stated it right there in your own post with
"I can feel the rear end squirming" It seems that with the other mods that I have added has continued to make the car's handling feel and respond in a more predicatable way. It seemed only logical that the Rest of the STi stuff might just complete the job.
