STi Swap

Default SOLD JDM V2 STi 5sp 4.11 Transmission

SOLD

Was running this in my Legacy swap for about 5k and then picked up a 6sp. It had the typical 45k mileage on it when I got it from an importer. It has a slight syncro grind when going into first and reverse. Also, it makes noise when moving in reverse. All 5 forward gears work great but the noise it makes in reverse makes me think that it should be looked at. I'd say it's a step worse than the typical reverse whining noise. I'm guessing that it's just a bushing or something simple but I have never taken apart a transmission so I'm certainly no pro.

This trans utilizes a Pull Style clutch.

The ratios in this trans are great for our turbo cars. You really get to use all of your motor/torque range with the close ratio gears and 4.11 final drive ratio. I'll even throw in a set of 4.11 ring and pinion gears for r160 rear diff so you can swap this setup right into any subaru!

If the trans didn't have the issues mentioned above, I'd be asking $1,250 for it but because it's not perfect, I'm posting it for $450$425.

I'll get some pics up in the next few days.
