Check for bad grounds.

Unfortunately, what you have done is very complex, so guessing over the internet is impossible. If you are having a hard time, get a knowledgeable friend over for a fresh perspective on the problem. Might help.

If you unplug a cam sensor and it starts, one would say maybe the sensor is bad...

You either have it timed wrong, or the reluctor portion of the cam gear is damaged. When you unplug the sensor it trips into a default mode based on what the other sensors are reading. When you plug it back in it realizes there is something wrong and won't let it fire up.

How does it run with the cam sensor unplugged?

Who did the timing belt?

Cam sprockets on the right cams? Are you using the same sprockets? Did the sprocket get damaged? I damaged mine when I removed it.

Clearly this is an electrical issue that has to do with the timing of the engine.
