Default Help Car wont start when engine is cold.

Well for some time now i have been trying to troubleshoot this problem. My 02 wrx some mods wont start when cold but after a while cranking it warms up and starts rough and levels out and runs fine.

What i have done, new fuel pump, new battery, cam and crank sensor are ok, timing is fine, fuel pump does prime, all fuses are good.

any help would be great.
thanks
PS if the fuel pump relay was bad would the fuel pump still prime?
Thanks again.

Turn the key on and off several times before trying to crank. Does the car start easier?

You might have an FPR issue. Have you tested priming and cranking fuel pressure?

Sorry this is really late but if someone is having the Same issues I had to replace my heads gaskets. I was leaking coolant into my cylinders.

I'll ask again. What mods do you have? Also, what is the mileage?

He said the issue was that his head gasket was leaking and that put coolant into his cylinders which made it hard for the engine to turn over initially. Now that he has fixed it everything seems fine i believe.

Every thing is fine. The arp studs are really doing the trick. That's what I get for letting a local mechanic fix my car instead of doing the work my self.
