I just took home my 2013 WRX Premium . I am looking to do a few light mods
1) BOV i want a mild one . which is the best I would like hybrid style . what do you think

None. If you must get a new valve, get a Forge bypass valve. It'll be louder than the stock one as well as much better quality.

You mustn't have done much research, what exactly are you thinking of doing?

+1 on the forge unit
1) it's a BPV, not a BOV (which most are known to leak)
2) it sounds like a BOV somewhat
