Default Cooling is awesome

It's around 40 degrees F in Orlando right now,

generic hood scoop photo for awesomeness

and I just drove my WRX home from work. I popped the hood and felt the intercooler, which was ice cold, and the headers weren't even that hot. I LOVE cooling!!!! I just made this face after I felt the intercooler:

i love cooling.

So when it's -20F here, should I be amazed at my ice cold intercooler too?

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant intake manifold. Cool headers are not a sign of a well tuned engine.
