Default What Downpipe do i have??? pls help

whats up guys.
first off im new to the scooby scene.
i just traded in my 04 g35 coupe for an 06 sti.
ill get some pics off the G and STI up soon.

anyways.
i been searching around trying to figure out what kind of Downpipe is already on my sti. the only thing i could find was a badge that had these numbers on it:
RSR 0311 M8 9053

i already searched that part no. and had no luck
i really want to find out what Down pipe i have and what style is it (bellmouth, blank plate, divorced etc etc.) before i plan to do a custom cat back. reason why is the downpipe i currently have on is a 3" downpipe and is cut and welded to 2 1/2" straight pipe which is cut and welded to a stock cat back.

here are the pics i got

and if you know what kinda DP it is, your opinions, reviews, or feedback is much appreciated.

yeah i know a stud is broken.

It could be a divorced WG.

OP, I would say you have an Invidia catless DP. It's hard to say whether or not it is divorced or just a plain ol' bellmouth. Take it off and find out.

yeah i would take it off but id have to take it to a shop or use a lift.
i wont beable to take it off in my garage on jack stands cause its welded on all the way t the tip. would be a b*tch to fight off that low to the ground.

if its an invidia what version though? ive seen one on an 02 wrx and it looks a bit different.

What does the flange at the other end look like? Does it taper to 2.5 or is it 3 inch?

Really, nobody can tell you. It's just a generic downpipe. It looks like the ID tag broke off or was taken off. I know Invidia puts them there and my CNT is in the same position. I'm sure that others have the same thing.

It really doesn't matter what brand it is.

Isnt rsr an ebay brand? Dont know if it has anything to do with the part number. I will tell you, it looks like your missing a fastener from the picture taken from the underside. Good luck!

That does not look like my cobb down pipe. Mine is a golden color with a raised cobb insignia on it. That looks smaller in diameter also.

Not really. As long as it doesnt leak and the welds look decent, a pipe is kinda a pipe, especially post turbo.

It does kind of look like an invidia brand but doesnt quite look like the dw catless one. Here is a picture of the downpipes i've owned if it helps.

Ebay s*rs catless open bellmouth dp(had on my 07 wrx)

Invidia dw catless dp(currently running on my 06 sti)

***Thought I had a pic on my phone. Guess not. I will snap a pick for you and edit post tomorrow***
