It's been 2 weeks since I e-mailed Karlton, 1 week since I PMed him and he has yet to reply to either....I know apetron said he is going through some personal stuff that will delay responses.

But still, no one knows anything about the status of these flares?

I don't mean to sound impatient, I just have a deadline and no answers for 2 weeks (more if you count IMPORTIMAGE saying "a few weeks, waiting for our shipment" a month and a half ago and still having nothing on their site), is making me kinda nervous.

He's just a normal member on forums who contributed to the Subaru community by making these flares which ended up catching on like a wild fire. Importimage started carrying the flares but Karlton's not a vendor so be patient or figure something else out.

I know it takes time for karlton to get back to you. However I know if importimageracing said they would have a shipment coming soon then they would get them out to you right away. I got mine from them, I was just lucky because they had one set left in stock. But so you know it's worth the wait. In the mean time I would be looking for a good shop to do the work. A good job is going to be pricey and I wouldn't half ass it if you could save the time.

Oh I know they'll be worth the wait. I'm just not used to having no info on something right before I "need" it. Since I'm north of the border unless I want to pay $200 in shipping + customs and duties, it's gonna take a week to get here...and given my May 4th deadline and the fact I'm doing all the work myself (body work isn't anything new to me) means I need a set in the mail within 2 weeks. So sorry if I seam a little impatient.

I think your car looks great; menacing. A main reason I like this community; these cars can become a reflection of their owners, given enough investment.

Thanks man! Yeah it's looking pretty aggressive; going with a GT wing next. Just picked up these CE28N's and I'm loving the originality of the oem gold bbs' I use to have.

Anyone happen to install the forcewerks? I want the Karlton's but I've got about a 3 week window and flares need to go on whether they be Karltons or whomever.
