Keep the comments coming guys!!!
That definitely explained some issues. Glad I tackled that, come here OE cap. But, you mean a 1.3 on the ECFT and 1.5 on the overflow won't do?

^ The lower pressure is on the ECFT.

Well guys I designed this parts a few different ways and the bottom line is, there's no way to keep it highly versatile, function properly (using the OEM cap), AND inexpensive.

So far the design I like the best is fully CNC turned and milled from a solid piece of billet aluminum and uses a 3/8 thick welded on mounting flange (or a no flange option and mount it anywhere). If I did a batch of (25) I could get the pricing down to $250, which in my opinion is still just too high.

Here's what she looks like...

I like it so far but how would I attach it to any location without the bracket? 250 for a quality product is fine in my book. :-)

With no bracket it could be hose clamped anywhere... but I'm trying to think of a more elegant universal-ish solution.

Looks like it could be a nice piece. Hopefully like you said you can find a way to make it somewhat cheaper.
I am interested since I never again want to put a piece of Moroso equipment on my car.

I have a feeling this is a question leading to another question, so I'll beat you to it...
