Default Cleaning Alcantara Suede

There must be another thread about this, but I wanted to know if anyone knows the safest way to clean the suede in the STi's Alcantara seats?

There is a little mud I can't get rid of on the passenger seat. Which I don't know where it came from. O.O

Sorry if I didn't do enough research. I'm just trying to clean this up ASAP! So If anyone knows any safe home remedies, I'd appreciate it!

A couple days ago I just used a ounce or so of resolve carpet cleaner to a gallon of warm water. scrub brushed everything nice and clean, vacuumed, and blotted dry with towels. They look great.

Personally, I would use a soft upholstery brush (gently) to loosen the dried mud while vacuuming the particles as they break free. A water dampened terry towel used to gently wipe and /or dab the surface may also help remove most of the "loose stuff".

There are cleaners made for this type of fabric. In either case, I would be cautious using any cleaners/chemicals you are unsure of. The following article might help:

....and here are the maintenance/care instructions straight from the horses mouth (starts on page nine of the .pdf in the below link):

Hope this helps.
