Hey all, I'm unclear as to how steering wheels mount, and most of the threads I've seen about swaps are talking about retaining airbag functionality, radio controls, clocksprings, etc...
But in terms of just mechanical hookup, If I don't care about having an airbag, what am I looking at for compatibility? What will bolt up? Is something special required for horn/turn signals to work? Thanks!

I can't help you with mechanical compatibillity, but the S202 (as opposed to the others), did not have an airbag in that steering wheel.

Yeah, I know. Appreciate it though.
I understand some earlier JDM GC wheels had no bag too, and I'm sure those would fit, but the S202 wheel looks a lot more streamlined and would fit in better with the interior. |

![]() ![]() nothing special need like a boss adapter, the s202 wheel bolts in just like a stock with the one nut holding it in the middle. Last edited by murrdogg24; 12-29-2012 at 08:08 PM. |
